Apply for the Agriculture in a Growing World Essay Contest
We are proud to have the support from Nutrients for Life Foundation for The Agriculture in a Growing World essay contest and grant. The story of Norman Borlaug and his place in our history should never be forgotten. Through this essay contest, today’s students will gain an appreciation of one man’s extraordinary vision and his impact on generations – all through modern farming practices. In Borlaug’s eyes, fertilizer was a key component to staving off starvation, and Nutrients for Life carries this message forward on a daily basis.

Grant applications have closed. However you may still participate in the essay contest even if you were not a grant recipient.

Eligibility for the Essay contest: Any school that completes The Man Who Fed the World curriculum is eligible to apply. This includes schools who have received the grant this year or a previous year, as well as schools who wish to purchase The Man Who Fed the World resources. All submissions must be faxed to 202-314-5121 or e-mailed to foundation@fb.org with a timestamp no later than the APRIL 1, 2013.
